Ultracurve 800 is a 203 micron flexible clear vinyl overlaminate, backed with an optically clear pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive system, specifically engineered to adhere to print media. 
An affordable alternative to Ultracurve® 1000, this film strikes the ideal balance between conformability and durability, Ultracurve® 800 is the perfect choice for applications that don’t require the ultimate level of protection.

Substance Incorporated recommends the following end uses for Ultracurve 800: Market leading graphics for Motocross Bikes and ATVs.
Decals and Graphics for Karts, Snowmobiles, and Side-X-Sides.
Helmet decals and wraps for MX, Football, Baseball, Lacrosse, Hockey, and Industrial. Demanding industrial applications that require additional impact/abrasion resistance.

Chemical Resistence Resists mild acids, mild akalis, solvents, and salts. Excellent resistance to water, including immersion.

 

Installation

Before applying an overlaminate, allow 24-48 hours for print to dry. Application surface must be free of dust, dirt, debris, grease, and other contaminants. We highly recommend cleaning the installation surface with isopropyl alcohol prior to application. Mild heat may be used during installation to help Ultracurve 1500 conform to irregular surfaces.
